1. Overview & Agreement

This website is operated by Triple T Outdoors LLC. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Triple T Outdoors LLC.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.

We may update these terms by posting changes on our website. Your continued use of the website following those changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Accuracy of Information & Orders

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders, including when there are inventory discrepancies, distributor supply constraints, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

3. Products & Third-Party Fulfillment

Orders placed through Triple T Outdoors LLC are fulfilled through third-party distributors. Product availability and fulfillment timelines may be affected by distributor inventory and operating conditions.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.

We will communicate fulfillment issues when they arise, but cannot guarantee fulfillment when distributor supply limitations prevent it.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you using your order contact information. We are not obligated to fulfill an order placed at an incorrect price.

5. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy.

Eligible unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and the exclusions in that policy.

To request a return, email contact@tripletoutdoors.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund to your original payment method or store credit. We respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 14 days from approval.

Approved standard returns may be refunded to the original payment method, minus a processing fee of 10% of the item value or $7.75, whichever is greater. Customers may instead choose store credit, in which case the restocking fee is waived. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Items must be safely packed inside an outer shipping box, without shipping labels attached directly to the manufacturer’s product box, and sent to the return address supplied with the RA.

Damaged or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photos. We provide prepaid return shipping and a replacement or full refund at no extra cost for these cases.

Non-returnable items include opened bows or crossbows, tree stands, safety harnesses, cut/fletched arrows once opened, sale or clearance items, digital products, and gift cards.

Products that develop defects after normal use are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for assistance obtaining warranty contact details.

6. Special Orders & Final Sale Items

Special-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once ordered. Discontinued items are also non-returnable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates, processing times, estimated delivery times, and delivery restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Please contact us about damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments as directed in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The original text, graphics, logos, and other content created by Triple T Outdoors LLC are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or commercially use our original content without prior written permission.

9. Relationship With Shopify

Triple T Outdoors LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our website and services. However, purchases made in our store are transactions directly with Triple T Outdoors LLC.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Triple T Outdoors LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Triple T Outdoors LLC.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain information may also be handled in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triple T Outdoors LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products purchased through our store.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim arising from these terms or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements under which we provide services are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought in courts located in the State of Illinois, subject to applicable law.
