Returns Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your setup. If an item doesn't meet your needs, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page to submit a Return Request, or email contact@tripletoutdoors.com directly with your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund to your original payment method or store credit (restocking fee waived). Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 14 days from approval.
  2. Once approved, place the item safely inside an outer shipping box (please do not attach shipping labels directly to the manufacturer's product box).
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided alongside your RA number.

Standard Returns Unopened items in original condition receive a full refund back to your original payment method, minus a standard 10% processing fee (or $7.75, whichever is greater) to cover distributor restocking costs. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged Items & Shipping ErrorsPlease inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly shipped, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a prompt replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Warranty & Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Due to industry safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bows/crossbows, tree stands, safety harnesses, cut/fletched arrows once opened, sale or clearance items, digital products, or gift cards.

🔧 Manufacturer Warranties: Products that experience defects after normal use are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty policy. Contact us if you need assistance obtaining warranty contact details for your gear.
